Ah, you are using Quartz. That skin is deprecated and we no longer provide support for it, I suggest switching to Monaco via your preferences under the skin tab. Make sure the "Let the admins override my skin choice." box is checked. Let me know how it works out.
yea that copy paste really doesn't tell me anything, i need you to do a Print-Screen of what you're seeing (this button is in the upper right hand corner of the keyboard usually), then paste that screenshot into Paintbrush save it, then upload it.
Per your problem report, Can you show a screenshot of what is happening? I'm not sure I completely understand the issue, or what Adobe Acrobat has to do with our wiki.
