Going completely off the name. Lizzy is a common nickname for Elizabeth. Although it's use here probably originated from the fact that it's a lizard, the NMs typically have proper names and as such this would be assumed to be a proper female name. If it had been a Leaping Lizard then I wouldn't make such an assumption :).

Maybe its just me but lately I've been getting more 4 item drops. The last 2 out of 4 digs came out to be 4 items. I'm still baffled as to how to group them though. It can't be just one group that drops 'Zero or One of' since the display of loot doesn't line up. Unless if the display of loot is scrambled for the last two items that displays up...

Regarding the Yhoat Drop Groupings. Have you ever received only 2 items from a yhoat chest (not including the chocobuck)? Personally, I have only received 3~4 items drops, which most them were 3 items.
