I removed them because I personally saw both these NMs pop 20 hours after the maintenance a few days ago. (killed tonberry, rushed to second to see ant already up) and as such, I confirmed that they both spawn 20 hours after maintenance. but after that they have so far been 21 hour spawns. (within a window of 10 minutes after 21 hours it seems) I cannot confirm the same about the 3 other NMs as I haven't witnessed that personally. but yes, the 20 hours after maintenance is an accurate statement. I also added in the testimonials recently about both NMs.
