• Ilumida asks you to obtain a candle from the Temple of the Goddess in memory of her late husband.
• Head to the Temple of the Goddess right outside her house and speak with Rouliette.
• Rouliette will ask you to complete the quest Candle-making.
• After completing the quest Candle-making, talk to Ilumida to complete this quest.
