• Talk to Collet at (G-7) to gain access to Galmut's house.
• Click on Galmut's door to start the quest. His house is the one right across from M&P's Market, right of The Marble Bridge.
• Complete the quest Deal with Tenshodo.
• Click on Galmut's door to trade him the Clock tower oil and complete the quest.
