Merit Point Enhancement

Limit: 5 levels (Merit Point progression: 1>2>3>4>5 Total cost: 15 Points)

Description: Each level of this enhancement deducts 40 seconds from the recast timer for the job ability Activate, to a minimum time of 16 minutes and 40 seconds at level 5.
