Walkthrough

• Return to the Dvucca Isle Staging Point in Caedarva Mire.
• You can save Imperial Standing for runic portal pass by using Assault Orders for Periqia since you do not have to leave the staging point.
• Enter Periqia by using the Periqia Assault Area Entry Permit just received.
  • Uses Periqia Map 6.
  • Even though this is an uncapped fight, like all Assault missions you will lose buffs when entering.
  • There is a 30 minute time limit for this event.
  • Even though this functions as an Assault mission, like the Battlefield missions, you do not lose any experience points if you die here.

• Kill several of the ten K23H1-LAMIAE (Located at H-9) for the next cutscene to automatically start.
  • If you are low-manning this, be aware that the Lamia have a very low delay on their melee and ranged attacks and will burn through shadows from Utsusemi quite quickly. As such, /NIN tanks should be prepared to spam Antidotes because you will get hit repeatedly.
  • They are about as tough as an average level 65 party exp monster.
  • They have true sight.
  • They are grouped tightly and link very easily, so SMN or /SMN is useful for Carbuncle pulling.
    • /SMN still can get links due to Carbuncle's extremely low HP.
  • They inflict intense Poison with every melee and ranged attack.
    • Their Poison overwrites the weaker poison of Poison Potions.
    • They have a cone shaped AOE Poison attack that does around 80 HP per tick.
    • If you are entering as a low-level party, you may want to bring along Antidotes.
  • They are very weak to magic and easily slept; however, they are resistant to Lullaby.
  • It seems like you only need to kill 3 to get the cutscene.

• If the mission is a failure, your Periqia Assault Area Entry Permit will be exhausted; if necessary you can receive another permit from the Immortal Nahshib stationed at the Staging Point.
  • If you fail again after using the second permit, Nahshib will not issue you another permit until the next 'game-day' from when you failed.
• Those who have already completed this mission are not required to have the permit in order to enter. All players that need to complete this mission must have one, however.
