What can I equip?

This is the equipment slot where you can equip a variety of items:

• Stat enhancing non-expendable items, such as Bomb Core.
• Ammunition matching an item in the Range slot.
• Charged Ammunition for specific melee weapons, such as Fortitude Axe & Hydro Axe.
• Bait to match a Fishing Rod in your Range slot.
• Dispensable throwing items.
• Jug Pets, used by Beastmasters to call a Familiar.
• Automaton Oils, used by Puppetmasters to enable the Repair job ability. (Oils can be equipped with or without an animator in the range slot.)

This slot and the Range slot are very often intermingled. Mismatching items in either of the two slots will result in the most recently equipped item removing the item from the other slot.

TP

Changing equipment in this slot will have no effect on the user's TP.

Macro Syntax

In order to change equipment in this slot via text command, you use the following syntax:

/equip ammo "<Item Name, as seen in inventory>"

Leaving the Item name out of the macro will unequip any items in the slot
