Must have Angon (Throwing) spears equipped.
Stacks with Dia.
Stacks with Box Step.
Does not do damage or give TP.
Does not require Throwing Skill.
Does not wake sleeping mobs.
Does not stack with the Defense Down effect from a Spirit Surge-enhanced Jump.
Does not stack with, but overwrites Defense Down effect from Acid Bolts.
Does not stack with Defense Down effect from the Blue Mage spell Frightful Roar.
Range: 10'
Will claim mob before animation starts.
