Description:	An apple green Far Eastern tally seal given to you by Sanraku the traveling painter.
Used In Quest(s):	Zeni Notorious Monsters
Obtained By:	Trading an Iriri Samariri's Hat to Sanraku. Trading an Iriz Ima's Hide to Sanraku. Trading an Amooshah's Tendril to Sanraku.
Notes:	This is a reward for defeating a Tier 2 Zeni Notorious Monsters. It allows you to purchase a Tier 3 item, and the key item is lost when you do so.
