All text commands are typed, and therefore are auto-translated, exactly the same way in all clients. This means that, for example, if trying to communicate to a Japanese puller that you don't want to fight Goblins, there is little use in saying {/no}{Goblin}{please}, as it will simply appear on their end as {/no}{ゴブリン}{ください}.
