- This spell does not make players immune to water damage. This spell only increases the chance of a player resisting a water based spell. Water based status effects will have a greater chance of having their duration reduced, and water based damage effects will have a greater chance of doing less damage. This spell's effectiveness, like any other barspell, is wholly dependent on your Enhancing Magic skill. Low enhancing magic will produce little to no results in increasing your resistances.
