• Area of effect is centered around caster.
• Additional effect of DEX down is not guaranteed.
• Stacks with Sneak Attack.
• Initially applied by mob as DEX -10, and counts down by 1 (DEX -10, DEX -9, DEX -8, ...) until wearing off completely.
