Notes

• Lottery Spawn every 21-39 hours from last death or maintenance, shortly after a Shadow Dragon is killed (after the body disappears). Will spawn precisely where the Shadow Dragon died.
• Uses Thornsong, Wind Breath, Heavy Stomp, Body Slam, and Petro Eyes (Dragon special attacks) and has an Additional Effect of Terror on normal attacks.
• Is able to intimidate players. This effect is exceptionally strong.
• Can be defeated by a party of four characters at level 70; Soloable by various jobs at level 75; and by Summoner at level 70.

Historical Background

Biast (also spelled Bèist) is Gaelic for "beast" or "monster".

Piast (less commonly spelled Biast) in Irish folklore was a monstrous serpent found in lakes. In modern cryptozoology, Piast is believed to be a 40 foot long serpent found in Lough Ree in Ireland.
