Walkthrough

• Any COR-class Lamia/Merrow can drop a Corsair's Testimony.
• Examine the ??? at (H-10) in Arrapago Reef for a cutscene. (the same ??? used in Luck of the Draw)
• Trade the testimony to the ??? and you will be transported to Talacca Cove.
  

  

  Captain Qultada of the Seagull Phratrie
• Once you are ready, trade the testimony to the Rock Slab to start a BCNM battle against Qultada. Any buffs you have on you except Signet/Sanction/Sigil and food will be lost.
• You have 10 minutes as with any of the 70 Limit Break quests.
• Captain Qultada seems to have 1550hp
• Opo-opo Necklace + Sleep Potions is useful to build TP for an opening Weapon Skill.
• Qultada has access to Phantom Roll, Quick Draw, as well as Wild Card.
• The best strategy seems to be to build TP and repeatedly use Slug Shot as quickly as possible.
• An Icarus Wing can also be useful for an additional Slug Shot.
