Notes

• Spawns around (I-9) approximately every 21 hours.

• Window opens 21 hours after death, or 20 hours after maintenance.
• Has a window that lasts 10-15 minutes.

• May spawn in a party; usually a Tonberry Hexer and a Tonberry Harasser who will follow him around the area.
• Has a 50% physical damage reduction trait.
• Will use Perfect Dodge.
• Make sure you have no Tonberry Hate for the reason that he will use Everyone's Grudge and may potentially kill you.
