Newton Movalpolos NMs

Notes:

  • Spawned by trading an Air Tank to the Moblin Showman NPC at I-9. The Moblin Showman will disappear when this NM spawns, and reappear 15 minutes after the NM is killed. The Moblin Showman appears on the lower half of the drop-down at I-9, so it does not require crossing the Rusty Lever bridge.
  • Killable by: 6 characters level 70; Killable by: 3 characters level 75; and soloable by some jobs 75 (see testimonials)
  • Special Attacks: Flying Hip Press (400-700 HP AOE Wind damage) “he spams this move”
  • Spams Heavy Whisk later in fight - can cause more problems than Flying Hip Press depending on party setup.
  • Need to clear the area before popping (3 goblins). Most of them are Even Match or Tough to 75, all have 16 min repop times and can leave very little room to fight (avoiding AOE) when up.
  • Fastest route is to beat the goblin NPC at entrance of Oldton Movalpolos (same NPC that warps you to ENM) from there exit the Mine Shaft #2716 and trade a jar of Firesand to the Furnace Hatch at (K-8) (you may need more than 2) keep trading until the the left gate opens (you have to wait about 30 seconds between trades), drop down at (J-9) and you shall see a goblin NPC. Trade him the air tank to pop the NM.
  • Watch out for Earthshock can do from 200-700 damage. The range of this move is small.

(see testimonials)
