Other Notes
Captain rank grants you the following:
- Ability to purchase Runic Portal Use Permits for zero Imperial Standing. Even though this is essentially free, you still need to manually "purchase" the key item.
- Free access to Alzadaal Undersea Ruins.
- Unlocks the "Arms of Balrahn" questline for obtaining Mythic Weapons.
- Grants 1 extra Assault tag storable by Rytaal. (the tags still have the same reset time, but he can now hold a maximum 4 instead of 3 tags for you.) This last piece requires you have completed at least 1 full Nyzul Isle Assault, any floors as long as it was 5 floors.
