Fields of Valor NMs are monsters spawned for special Elite Training regimes. To spawn them you must purchase the appropriate key item from any Field Manual, then locate the corresponding Field Parchment and trade a non rare/ex equipment, gil, or Beastmen's Seals to the Field Parchment.
