Golem TP move Heavy Strike does NOT reset Emnity. While farming Aura Statues up in sky, Heavy Strike was used on my Mnk/Nin, connected, and while Nin voked immedietely after, I still kept hate. For quite a long while, I may add. Based on this, I find it unlikely that this move even reduces Emnity of its target. Testing with alternate mobs in alternate zones is still pending, however I can safely say, on multiple occasions, this TP move had no effect on Emnity in The Shrine of Ru'Avitau.
