  • You're very welcome. --Lordshadow 21:09, 11 September 2008 (UTC)

Is it possible to turn in sealed containers from another nation's stronghold? For example, as a Windurstian in the past, could I turn in a sealed container from a La Vaule NM to Pogigi in Windurst Waters (S) and get the key item/Campaign boost for Windurst? Because I'd really like to do the La Vaule NMs/BC, but I don't wanna switch to Sandy to do it. --Kyrie 21:32, 19 September 2008 (UTC)

Well, judging by the fact that I have Habalo's Eclogue - Verse V sitting in my key items and I'm alligned with Bastok, I'd say "Yes" --Lordshadow 21:37, 19 September 2008 (UTC)
Sweet, thanks. --Kyrie 21:49, 19 September 2008 (UTC)

Do these need to be organized better? We have:

Seems like you fight Category:Stronghold Notorious Monsters to get (in addition to drops) Category:Sealed Containers which are traded for key items to access to the Category:SCNM. Seems more like a tiered system like Category:Zeni Notorious Monsters, such that we can have one main page and the rest just be articles. --GAHOO t/ c 16:42, 19 September 2008 (UTC)

That sounds about right, but, it's not really a tiered system, more like a prerequesite, like a quest. The thing holding me back from this is that Killing a SNM enfeebles the enemy army. The rest of the stuff is unrelated to that. Trading a container aids your army, the BC isn't related to that. The BC doesn't seem to have any real influence on campaign, it's sort of its own independant entity with just the key items tying it back to SNMs --Lordshadow 16:52, 19 September 2008 (UTC)

How about

Stronghold Notorious Monsters (SNM) and Sealed Container Notorious Monster (SCNM) are a series of Campaign related battles taking place in the three Beastman strongholds located in La Vaule (S), Beadeaux (S), and Castle Oztroja (S).

Each strongholds is comprised of eight Notorious Monsters, who, when killed, will not only drop various rare and exclusive rewards to their victors, but will also drop a Sealed Container which, when turned in to one of three NPCs (Kevan: Bastok Markets (S), Lurouillat: Southern San d'Oria (S) or Pogigi: Windurst Waters (S)) will result in a marked decrease in the defensive capabilities of the strongholds under beastman control (see Maruna-Kurina for details on these Campaign-related factors).

In return for turning in these Sealed Container, the NPCs will reward the adventurer with a Key Item. Amassing a collection of eight Key Items by felling all of a stronghold's NMs will grant players the opportunity to enter the SCNM battlefield where additional enemies can be defeated for even more impressive rewards. Note that only one of the members entering the battlefield is required to be in possession of the eight Key Items.

That'd work well. Want me to set the page up? --Lordshadow 18:26, 19 September 2008 (UTC)

Go for it! --GAHOO t/ c 18:34, 19 September 2008 (UTC)
I was thinking of Category:Stronghold Notorious Monsters as the main page FWIW. --GAHOO t/ c 18:35, 19 September 2008 (UTC)

That could work.

However, to prevent a cluttered table, perhaps it could look more like this.

Summoner redirect

Is this really necessary? It's a ridiculous stretch to assume people are looking for Summoner, or SMN, by typing 'SCNM'. --Norellicustaru 14:43, 2 July 2009 (UTC)

These are also known as just "SNM"s, which is a common misspelling of "SMN". Azulmagia T/CSite 14:49, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
