Adding Stubs
Apparently, the stub tag is very rarely used, even though there are a lot of stub articles on FFXIclopedia. If anyone comes across a stub (this includes unformatted articles), please just add {{stub}} to the beginning or end of the article so they can be expanded. I think this will help FFXIclopedia's problem with ill-formatted or uninformative articles.
Good idea
Just came across this and it's an excellent idea. Many articles here are stubs and should be marked as such.

Another place to find stub articles is in the uncategorized, dead-end, and short pages. That's where I've been putting in a lot of work lately. --Enfield 09:45, 11 August 2006 (EDT)
You could put a the stub template on any article that you feel needs to say more. Just make sure that you state your reason why you posted it on the article's talk page. --Pinkfae 09:51, 11 August 2006 (EDT)
Format stubs
I notice that some of the stubs are just improperly formatted and not actually missing any information.
What do you guys think about adding a Format stub catgeory? I don't think it's neccessary, but if people are going to add stubs like that, then it would be better to have them in a seperate category. ~ Karuberu 09:02, 11 August 2006 (EDT)
I occasionally dont have time to make formating changes because they arent something that would be easily done from work. If the statistics section is out of whack and the rest of it is not properly done, I can't take that much time out of work to fix it and would like to get back to it later. Sometimes I put the {{Stub}} on those because they are incomplete to me due to them not following the Item Template. So if you want to make a seperate section for those rather than keep them together, go ahead. I suppose it would make it easier for people that just want to fix formatting errors. --Nynaeve 09:54, 11 August 2006 (EDT)

Unnecessary Articles
I notice that a lot of these stubs are for articles that have been created for sub-areas within city zones. I believe these articles serve no purpose and should just be deleted. ~ Ensis Aeternus 11:51, 6 October 2009 (EDT)
