Description:	A cerise Far Eastern tally seal given to you by Sanraku the traveling painter.
Used In Quest(s):	Zeni Notorious Monsters
Obtained By:	Trading a Brass Borer's Cocoon to Sanraku. Trading a Claret Globule to Sanraku. Trading an Ob's Arm to Sanraku.
Notes:	This is a reward for defeating Tier 1 Zeni Notorious Monsters. It allows you to purchase a Tier 2 Item, and the key item is lost when you do so.
