Historical Background

"Chai" is the word for tea in several countries across Europe and Asia. The icon in FFXI most closely resembles a distinctive Turkish tea service, with a tall narrow glass of strong, almost inky black tea. This fits with the Turkish origins of several other food names in ToAU.
