| Usage: | /magic "[magic name]" <target name> |
| Description: | Uses magic on a specified player or monster.
You cannot use magic that you have not learned, or if the current environment restricts magic usage. |
Notes:
- Use of this command can be used for all types of magic, including Black Magic, White Magic, Blue Magic, Ninjutsu, Summoning and Songs.
