Statistics Congestus Cell An imbued item obtained in the Ruins of Alzadaal. Blocks the debilitating psychowaves that limit vitality. Stackable: Not Stackable	Other Uses Resale Price: Cannot be sold to NPCs. Salvage: Removes VIT Down. If this item is in your inventory before entering another Salvage, you will be denied entry. You must remove this item before being allowed into Salvage again. Used to spawn Socket Notorious Monsters.

Historical Background

All imbued cells used in Salvage are named after various cloud formations.

Congestus means “congested” in Latin, but in this context it appears to refer to cumulus congestus, a variety of cumulus cloud. These are cumulus clouds (large, puffy, cottony clouds). Unlike normal cumulus clouds, which tend to have soft edges, these have sharp, distinct edges and often develop vertically more than they do horizontally. They are indicators of an unstable atmosphere, being created as a result of strong updrafts. Cumulus congestus clouds tend to form from cumulus mediocris clouds. These clouds can produce moderate intensity rain or snow. These clouds tend to be found between 2000- 20,000 feet. See this link for an image of this cloud [1]
