This ability is provided by some armor pieces that belong to bard:

• Bard's Cannions
• Bard's Cannions +1

The following status changes are active while your weapon is not drawn and the armor is equipped:

STR -8, DEX -8, VIT -8, AGI -8, INT +8, MND +8, CHR +8

Note: While wearing Bard's Cannions +1, the negative effects of STR, DEX, VIT and AGI are not attributed to the character.
