Detonation is a Level 1 Skillchain (or Renkei), composed of the Wind Element.

Formation

Weapon Skills, Blood Pacts, or Blue Magic w/ Chain Affinity with the proper attributes must be used in sequence to create Detonation:

• Impaction ---> Detonation
• Compression ---> Detonation
• Scission ---> Detonation

Background

Detonation is a process of supersonic combustion in which a shock wave is propagated forward due to energy release in a reaction zone behind it.
