Notes/Description

  • Amount of accuracy increase is 20.
  • HP Reduction is 15% of the user's max HP.
  • Parade Gorget will only work if after using you have enough convert MP to HP gear so that your HP is 86% of your max HP without Diabolic Eye and the convert HP to MP gear.
  • Maximum recast reduction through merits is 0:05:00.
