Notes/Description Same as Drain Samba, with the cap on Drain potency increased to Delay*8/100. Monk with the support job of Dancer using Hundred Fists unfortunately reduces the amount of health being drained by Drain Samba to almost nothing since the delay of Hundred Fists reduces delay to nearly nothing.
