Notes:

• Spawned by examining the ??? located at the southwest corner of (J-9) (up the ledge next to the Garlaige Citadel exit) while in possession of a Chunk of smoked Goblin grub, for the mission Gatherer of Light (I).
• He has ~1450 hit points.
• Uses Eagle Eye Shot at 50% health.
  • Eagle Eye Shot deals roughly 300 damage to a level 75.
• Can be slept and gravity.
• Steal and Mug were not effective.
• Easily soloed by any level 75 job.
• Accidentally popped forgetting I had key item, by MNK53/26NIN. Had shadows upon start, panicked and popped 100 fists, only had to recast shadows once. Fairly easy, but probably wouldn't have been possible without two hour.
• Extremely easy solo for a BLU68/THF34, Buffed up before fight with Warm-up, Metallic Body, Zephyr Mantel, and Cocoon. Popped with 1055/1159HP and 256/462MP, after several misses he Eagle Eye Shotted my last Shadow, and was only able to hit my stoneskin one time. I didn't have to cast a single spell.
• Easily soloed by a 74BRD/37NIN. Buffed up with Minuet and March, and when he used Eagle Eye Shot, cast Peon twice. Piece of cake. Forgot my tools for shadows, never needed them.
