Notes:

• Spawns at the start of Dynamis. It is located atop the plateau at I-7.
• Upon being engaged, it will spawn the NMs Koo Saxu the Everfast, Kuu Xuka the Nimble, Guu Waji the Preacher, and Nee Huxa the Judgmental.
• Casts various BLM spells, including Death.
• If it is destroyed, then Angra Mainyu will be unable to resummon the Wind Pukis.
