Notes:

• Lottery Spawn from the Specter (RNG) in the small room at (G-6) - (G-7) approximately every 16-32 hours.

• The Specters in the room both have a respawn time of 16 minutes. There is no way to tell if the NM is about to spawn without waiting out the 16 minutes. Again, the Specter (RNG) is the only placeholder, and only in the room at (G-6) - (G-7).
