Elemental Magic Accuracy

Merit Point Enhancement
- Category: Job-specific - Group 1 (Red Mage)
- Limits: 5 levels per element (Merit Point progression: 1>2>3>4>5 = 15 points total for each enhancement, 2 separate enhancements can be capped)
- Description: Each level increases your accuracy with spells based on the element of your choice (fire, ice, wind, earth, lightning, or water) by 3, for a maximum bonus of +15 accuracy in the chosen element.
- Nukes cast from the chosen element will have a better chance to do full damage or a lesser tier of resistance, and Debuffs associated with the element will have a better chance to take effect with more magic accuracy; See Magic Accuracy for further details. These merits are particularly effective in conjunction with the Red Mage's tier II merit debuffs.
- Example: Earth Magic Accuracy is merited. Slow II, an earth-based debuff spell, has an improved chance of "sticking" on the target. Stone III has an improved chance to reach its full damage potential, as well.
- Because you cannot select dark element, the magic accuracy of Blind/Blind II cannot be increased through merits.
