Description:	Subcommands: motion Triggers only the motion and not the descriptive text. target Includes the target in the emote's descriptive text.

Usage Examples:	/em performs an elegant waltz. /em performs an elegant waltz for the Moogle. (Where Moogle is the /target).

Corresponds to the dancing animation for the Waltz job ability added for the Dancer advanced job in Wings of the Goddess.
