Enemy Critical Hit Rate

Merit Point Enhancement
- Category: Others
- Limits: 4 levels (Merit Point progression: 1>2>3>4 = 10 points total)
- Description: Each merit level decreases the chance for an enemy to land a critical hit on you by 1%, for a maximum reduction of 4% chance for enemy to critical at level 4.
- The percentage chance of Critical Hits that a mob or another 'enemy' player (See: Ballista/Brenner) may get on their target. Items in the game that can decrease Enemy Critical Hit Rate will reduce this set percentage by the noted amount in the their description.
