Removes one random piece of equipment from players in a fan shaped area.

Description

• Family: Yagudo
• Type: Special
• Can be dispelled: N/A
• Utsusemi/Blink absorb: N/A
• Range: 10' cone
• Notes: Used only by Yagudo in WOTG areas. It will randomly remove one piece of visible equipment (i.e. anything other than accessories or ranged/ammo), and will also remove any shield/grip/sub-weapon if the main weapon is knocked off. However, this ability has a chance to miss. It has no effect on pets or NPC defenders.
