• 1. You have to actually take damage for the spikes to deal damage.
• 2. Busting gives you a negative effect as with Hunter's Roll.
• 3. The spikes deal non-elemental magic damage, despite the Blaze Spike animation.
• 4. There is a minimum damage cap for them to deal damage back. This changes based on what number you roll.
• 5. The damage can be resisted.
