Avatar Abilities
Garuda's Blood Pacts are all wind-based.
Blood Pact: Rage

1 S/T column indicates whether a particular Blood Pact participates in Skillchains (S) or uses TP (T). Blood Pacts that use TP can be used as a Magic Burst; however, Astral Flow can also Magic Burst even though it does not actually consume TP.
How to Obtain
Quests:
- Trial by Wind - ~Level 60 battle; offers other rewards as well.

- Trial Size Trial by Wind (Level 20 capped solo fight- Summoner only)
Avatar Information
The queen of avians, said to soar through the heavens on immeasurable wings. Garuda aids the summoner with her command over air and wind.Summoners can acquire the ability to summon the avatar Garuda by defeating Garuda Prime in either the Trial Size Trial by Wind quest at level 20, or the Trial by Wind quest at a much higher level (65+).
