Walkthrough

1. Talk to Louxiard at (G-7) Southern San d'Oria (S), watch the cut scene. Zone out of the area and then go back to another cut scene with Louxiard again.
2. Talk to Rholont at (E-7) for a cutscene. You will be asked to distribute Plumes d'or to the elders they name.
3. Trade the Plume d'or to Machionage at (C-6), Louxiard at (G-7), Illeuse at (H-9), Rongelouts N Distaud at (I-9), Sabiliont at (I-11), Elnonde at (K-9), and Loillie at (K-9). Loillie is through the Portcullis at (L-8) then south into a tunnel and stairs.
4. Return to Rholont to finish the quest.

Notes

• This quest cannot be done during Campaign Battle.
