Notes

  • Move much faster than normal mobs (+25% movement) (they only have enhanced movement speed while "patrolling", but once they aggro or are pulled, they walk at normal chasing speed), in pairs, with patrols closely following the outline of the coast. Otherwise, these mobs are roughly the same strength as mobs in their vicinity.
  • Apparently Goblin Bounty Hunters are territorial, and will aggro within seconds of anyone getting near the coast as long as they are the appropriate level requirements. You must stand fairly close to the coast to gain aggro.
  • Is still susceptible to a form of MPK as it does not depop when someone changes areas.

Background

The name Bounty Hunter may be a reference to their purpose; the prevention of fishbotting. Fishbotters, or low-level characters who use third-party tools to fish, frequently with the intent of using their earnings to fund real money trade (RMT), could be considered the "outlaws", with these goblins hunting the bounty on their heads.
