Notes

• Accuracy (rate at which the spell 'sticks') of this spell is most highly affected by Enfeebling Magic Skill, and secondly Magic Accuracy. Albeit a Black Magic spell, INT does not have an effect on potency, though it is commonly believed that stacking INT will increase Magic Accuracy by some amount.
• Notorious Monsters will build up a resistance to this spell if it is cast repeatedly on them. This resistance wears off over time.
• Gravity also reduces targets evasion-rate by 5% (-10 evasion).
