Merit Point Enhancement

  • Category: Job-specific - Group 1 (Scholar)
  • Limits: 5 Levels (Merit Point progression: 1>2>3>4>5 = 15 points total)
  • Description: Each level of this enhancement decreases the recast time of Light Arts and Dark Arts by 2 seconds each, to a minimum recast time of 50 seconds each.
  • Though you might have expected it from the name of the upgrade, this does NOT affect the recast of Stratagem charges.
