Walkthrough

• Talk to Tami at (J-8) in Bastok Mines. She'll give you the key item Tami's Note to take to her husband.
• Read the note if you want the full reward!
• Take the note to Zelman at (I-8) in Zeruhn Mines

• If you have read the note he asks you to go and get meat jerky for him. The note says you can get it at the Bat's Lair inn (Griselda at (H-5) in Bastok Mines).
• If you have NOT read the note he will say that he is busy.

• Go back to Tami and trade her the Meat Jerky (don't talk to her first) for the full reward, otherwise she will give you 10 gil.
• This quest can be repeated only if you do not read the note.
