Additional Notes

  • Spell decreases attack delay and recast timers by 15%, just as 15% in haste gear would, however this spell counts towards magical haste cap, not equipment haste cap.
    • The precise haste value added is 150/1024(14.6484375%) Source
  • Haste% is not affected by Enhancing Magic skill, Wind Staff, or stats.
  • Decreases Recast Time for spells (Ninjutsu, Blue Magic, White Magic, and Black Magic) and also Bard songs.
  • Does decrease its own recast time when cast on self without haste already active.
  • Can be blocked by /blockaid.
  • Does not affect Ranged Attack speed.
  • Does not decrease Casting Time.
  • Unaffected by the job ability Accession.
