Notes:

• Timed Spawn around (H-10), every 90-120 minutes. Seems to be able to spawn anywhere on the cliff, and after testing and receiving pops from 1-30 minutes and a lot in between it seems like he can spawn at any time randomly within this 30 minutes.
• Uses Petal Pirouette exclusively, with potent Regain effect.
• Range on Petal Pirouette is 7.9, staying 8+ away will allow you to not get hit with it.
• Additional Effect: Paralyze on melee hits, resistible with Barparalyze.
• Seems to spawn exclusively on the lower ledge of H-10.
• Gives 50 limit points solo.
