Statistics Incus Cell An imbued item obtained in the Ruins of Alzadaal. Blocks the encumbering psychowaves that prevent the equipping of weapons. Stackable: Not Stackable	Other Uses Resale Price: Cannot be sold to NPCs. Salvage: Allows you to equip weapons and shields. If this item is in your inventory before entering another Salvage, you will be denied entry. You must remove this item before being allowed into Salvage again. Used to spawn Socket Notorious Monsters.

Historical Background

All imbued cells used in Salvage are named after various cloud formations.

Incus means “anvil” in Latin, but in this context it appears to refer to cumulonimbus incus, a variety of cumulonimbus clouds (rain-bearing cumulus clouds). It looks like a giant anvil-shaped cloud (the type of cloud most commonly associated with severe weather). This type of cloud is created by strong convection in an unstable atmosphere. Cumulonimbus incus clouds tend to produce strong winds, heavy rain, thunder & lightning, and occasionally hail or tornadoes. These clouds are found between 2000- 35,000 feet and they tend to evolve from cumulus congestus clouds, which evolved from cumulus mediocris clouds, which in turn evolved from cumulus humilis clouds. Cumulonimbus incus is considered the pinnacle of cloud evolution for a storm cloud. This link has image of such clouds [1]
