Field recipes are food effects that can be applied by spending tabs at a Field Manual. They cost 50 tabs each, and have a variety of effects. This food effect lasts for 30 minutes.

• Salted Fish:
  • VIT +2
  • HP +30
  • DEF +30% (Cap: Unknown) (Cap Higher than 86. Tested as 75PLD)

• Hard Cookie:
  • INT +4
  • MP +30

• Instant Noodles:
  • VIT +1
  • HP +27.27% (cap: 75)
  • Store TP +? (Store TP is at least 5)
