Note: This quest does not appear in the quest log.

• Upon obtaining Chief Sergeant Mercenary Rank, speak to Abquhbah about "President Naja". He will suggest that you "show appreciation for your president" by bringing her an Irmik Helvasi +1 or Sutlac +1.
• Trade an Irmik Helvasi +1 or Sutlac +1 to Naja Salaheem for your reward.

Note that this quest cannot be flagged if you go higher in rank than CS. Abquhbah will talk about other things, and you'll have missed your chance. Trading to Naja without being prompted does NOT work.
