Notes

• Appears during Campaign Battles as the leader of the Aquarian Casters.

• Taking part in Campaign Battles, Kayeel-Payeel will frequently be found in differing locations. While not out by Campaign Fortifications, he will be found in Windurst Waters (S).

• Kayeel-Payeel is among the few that may be dispatched to Beaucedine Glacier (S) and Xarcabard (S) once Windurst regains most territory in their cordon.

• In Campaign Battles, he is a BLM/SMN, wielding Claustrum. He Engages when enemies attack him and is seen using Gate of Tartarus. He has all BLM spells, including the meritable ones, and summons Ice Fiend and Thunder Fiend (elementals of the respective element) that mimic his spells (for example, if Kayeel-Payeel casts Burst II, the Fiends will do so too; if Kayeel-Payeel casts Firaga III, so will they, etc.). His spells are extremely powerful as well, doing in excess of 2000 damage at times (the Fiends' spells are slightly weaker, but still quite powerful).

• Uses a weaponskill called Tartarus Torpor that is AoE sleep and Magic Evasion Down.

• Battle Cry: The gates to the underworld have opened! I’ll see you on the other side…or not! Wahahahahah!

• As a mercenary while waiting for a Campaign battle to start, talk to him and he says: Oh, whatever has become of my sweet Windurst? Rabble running through the streets, streets overrun with rabble! Why are you even speaking to me!? Does the title Master Caster no longer garner even an onze of respect!?
